We practice traditional Sivananda yoga. This means that each class has an aspect of pranayama (breathing), asana (postures) and relaxation (meditation, yoga nidra). We focus our physical teachings on bringing strength to the spine, making us feel refreshed and strong. You will learn practical techniques to be able to practice at home.
