We offer three types of Class cards depending on your availability and or level of yoga.  All of our classes teach the following parts of yoga.

Class Cards

We practice a classical style of yoga drawing from balance in all aspects of life. Hatha yoga is balancing the body, we focus on the spine, creating mobility through 12 distinctive postures.

Healthy Exercise

Proper Breathing

Having healthy lungs is vital to any practice. It also helps keep the doctors at bay. We teach correct breathing methods to increase capacity and strength of the lungs.

It is Very important to eat healthy.  We explore what a healthy diet looks like in our classes as well as how to maintain it.

Vegetarian Diet

Positive Thinking

We promote positive thinking and offer guidance in this area. We look at new ways of handling situations and develop new positive pathways in the brain to aid our practice.

Deep meditation

A consistent meditation practice can lead to greater experiences and realizations. It will build a strong balanced mind.  We guide the mind through sound journeys and Yoga nidra in our classes.

Duration

In order to teach all the components consistently the classes are 90 min each, in a neutral setting.

Memberships

Enjoy your practice with us twice a week for ten weeks. In this time you will learn to relax deeper into the postures. This consistency will increase flexibility of the body and mind.
